a celebration!

Today is my 5/6 birthday!

Which means it's another first day of a brand new month.

 I love these days.

Last month for my 3/4 I was enjoying P.E.I.  Two months ago for my 2/3 I was soaking in Cache Valley, my last day before moving to Boston.  

And now I'm here. 

HoOrAy!!! FiReWoRkS!!! CoNfEtTi!!!

I celebrated October 1, 2013 by singing along at the top of my lungs to this song (multiple times) as I drove into the city for work, with the sun rising over the Charles, and again as I drove back home into the sunset.  Months ago, this was my "I'm moving to Boston!" theme song.  

*Ignore the quirky Wreck-It-Ralph video (unless of course you, like me, thought the movie was hilariously adorable) and just give the lyrics a little listen!

I also ate 2 cupcakes right before bed.
