Green Island = paradise. This place was BEAUTIFUL! I loved everything about our mini vacation, which we could enjoy 100% at this point because we were finished teaching and didn't have anything to worry about but completely relaxing and soaking up Taiwan. Our trip consisted of a ferry ride to the island, scooters to ride around the island, a fantastic hostel, snorkeling (my first time...loved it!), yummy restaurants, hot springs at night, stargazing on the beach, a gorgeous sunrise, visits to an old prison and lighthouse, and the most beautiful scenery imaginable! Definitely a new favorite place, and the perfect way to spend our last weekend together.

One of our scooters broke down...which meant we got to do as the Taiwanese do...3 to a seat, yeah!
We arrived at our lookout point an hour early...but it was amazing to see the sky completely change from night to day!
